Whether you're

I
started my own firm and after a year I was
not producing the income I expected and
when I started to figure out how to
find clients, how to grow my firm and
I began buying other firms.
In just a few years I grew my practice to 10
offices with 80 staff and over $6,000,000 in
revenue. Then I sold it to an even
larger firm.
Now in the over 15 years as a CPA myself I've
consulted with over 249 accountants on buying or
selling, more effectively running and
growing their accounting practices.
Because of my background and speeches I give
at events across the country, other
accountants started calling me for advice on
these topics.
So for the last few years I've been teaching
other accountants what I've learned.
I help them navigate around the pitfalls I
fell into myself and avoid the many mistakes I
made through my early trial and error
methods of buying, running and growing my own
practices.
 Because I run 4 other financial related
businesses in addition to my accounting
practice, my time is becoming more scarce.
So I now share and teach other accountants
in group settings, like on the FREE tele-seminar
