Many years ago I started and grew a one man operation into a 10 office, $6 million dollar accounting firm.

Clients started coming in and my practice started to grow.

 

Soon I was busy enough had to hire people to help me.  From there I started testing other PRACTICE BUILDING principles, tools and strategies.

 

Ultimately I had built and put in place a nice SYSTEM that took my one office into 2, then 3 and ultimately 10 offices!
